The Oasis Golf Club will be pleased to help you plan a group event in majestic Mesquite, Nevada. From hotel accommodations to tee times to dinner reservations, we’ll be glad to provide you with information and assistance to ensure your group enjoys all that the Oasis Golf Club and Mesquite has to offer.
Our in-house group coordinators: Lyle Hurst and Patrick Flynn can assist in making sure your golf trip won’t be your only golf trip to Mesquite.

Merchandise:
The Oasis Golf club offers a variety of merchandising avenues to make your event memorable. Let us help you select prizes, gifts, or unique, custom items that are made for your event. Logo merchandise requires an 8-10 week lead time. A golf shop discount of 20% can also apply for groups of 16 or more.
Other Items
- A complete catering department for banquets or awards presentations on site.
- Box breakfasts or lunches are available from the Worden during play.
- Golf clinics, group instruction & private lessons by Director of Golf, Adam Schwartz, PGA and Assistant professional Joe Goodman.
- Late Afternoon Horserace on either course | (Price per player depends on time of season)
Other Information That Will Help You and Your Group
- All Players must comply with the Club Dress Code.
- Alcoholic beverages and private coolers may NOT be brought onto the premises. On Course Beverage Services are available.
- Groups should arrive at the Oasis Golf Course clubhouse at least 30 minutes prior to the group’s first tee time.
When a group of 28 or more players requests a shotgun start, all players will be ready in their carts 10 minutes prior to teeing off to allow staff to take players out to their holes to begin play by their requested shotgun time.
- Starting Hole assignments for shotgun starts will be determined by the Oasis Golf Club staff.
Pairings Form for Group Events at the Oasis Golf Club
By providing us the pairings for your group event ahead of time, we can ensure that the appropriate number of carts are readily available for your group. We can prepare signs for each cart with the players names printed on them allowing your group members to quickly and easily find their cart.
